Cancellation Policy

Zapn’Ink Professional Laser Tattoo Removal

Our goal is to provide you a professional service in a timely manner. No-shows, late shows and cancellations inconvenience us and those individuals who request our services. We would like to remind you of our policy regarding missed appointments. It is your responsibility to keep scheduled appointments. By scheduling appointments with Zapn’Ink, you agree to attend all scheduled appointments in a timely manner. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you should cancel the appointment (409-554-2092) at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in being assessed a failed appointment fee of $50.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel your appointment, please call 409-554-2092. If you do not reach the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and phone number. We will return your call promptly.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointment is cancelled without a 24 hour advance notice.

No Show Policy

A “no-show”, is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A no show is considered a late cancellation and will result in a failed appointment fee on your credit card on file.
